    I have been craving for clams these days ever since i tried the linguini vongole at Alexis. Been surfing the net for all the vongole recipes but yet to try to cook it. Busy is the excuse, busy with my toy and the new gadget… Saw the clams from market the other day and without any hesitation, i bought some and cooked it at home on the same night. It is not easy to get fresh clams and there is ‘skill’ to make sure the shell is open when it is cooked. My chinese version of fried clams is not bad huh, and just wait till the day i cook linguini vongole or aglio olio at home…
