Men’s Health Nite Run ~ 完赛

终于完成了 Men’s Health Nite Run 2011, 原来在晚上跑步并不如想象中简单…. 本来打算在半小时内完成的五公里路程,结果最后配合队友,大部分时候是用走而不是跑的,再加上晚上空气稀薄和闷热的天气,我们最后用了一小时的时间完成整个路程…
我问队友,我们到底还有多少次机会完成这样的小型马拉松?毕竟年纪开始大了,中气不足,再加上平时少运动,对我们来说是很大的挑战!!

    Pooi tyng, you look greats. You can build up your leg muscle by walking up the stair-case to your work station as a routine basic I am sure it helps…
