累垮

整个周末过去了,可是还是沉溺在歌神演唱会里,所有片段历历在目,让我记忆犹新
今天累垮了,白天依旧和爸爸妈妈在外忙碌着,距离他们退休的日子在倒数中。在这忙碌的日子里,我还是抽空去运动了,而且今天还能在三十分钟内完成三公里的路程,我开心死了。希望我能继续努力,创造更多的个人记录!

        With the chart provided, it shown you are on path to achieve your target.Can i share some hints for you, which i read on the paper.
        1)Do 35 minutes of bag boxing.
        2)Do 30 minutes of medium-pace jogging.
        3)Do a 90 minutes of yoga.
        4)Do a 30 minutes of breaststroke.(swimming)
        5)Do a30 minutes of cycling.
        6)Do a 60 minutes of power walking.
        hope it does benefit you!! n it needs to burn 3500 calories to lose a lbs….i know you can do it!!.
